Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki, an American political advisor, served as the 34th White House Press Secretary from 2021 to 2022. As a member in the Democratic Party, she was previously the White House deputy presses secretary (2009-2011); White House deputy director of communications (2009-2011); White House deputy director(2009-2011) and spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013)-2015 and White House communications director (2015)-2017. Psaki was a CNN political commentator from 2017 until 2020. Psaki started her professional career with an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and later became governor of Iowa. Psaki then became deputy press secretary for John Kerry's presidential campaign. Psaki worked from 2005 to 2006 as the communications director of Joseph Crowley, U.S. representative, as well as the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki returned in 2012 to the field of political communications serving as the press secretary of President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign. [20] Psaki was named spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 2013. It was believed that she was to replace Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21] However, Josh Earnest was announced to replace Carney on May 30 the 30th of May, 2014. She was appointed Communications Director in the White House and continued to perform this role until the end of the year in 2015.
